Kristin Arndt
About
Kristin started working with O'Connor Law Group as a paralegal in September 2018 after moving to California to be closer to her family. Because she grew up in Kalamazoo, Michigan, it was only natural for her to move to Chicago after college. Kristin began working at a nationally recognized law firm as a data entry worker in 2010, but it quickly became apparent that she had a head for more work than data entry. Within her first month, she was trained in-house to be a paralegal in the claims department. During her 8-years at the law firm, her tasks and responsibilities continued to grow, and she was even asked to be part of a small team to help developers write new software for the company.
Working at O’Connor Law Group, P.C. has been a welcome change from working at a large personal injury firm. Kristin feels her work here is more rewarding than it has been elsewhere, and she truly feels like a part of Team OLG.
